The fifth Ukrainian Games Festival is now live on Steam through August 24, bringing together more than 680 Ukrainian games and upcoming projects alongside 50-plus new reveals, 190-plus demos, new releases, and hundreds of discounts.
This is the biggest such festival yet. Organized by Ukrainian publishing agency Palaye, the week-long event features new game reveals, releases, demos, discounts, and the debut of the UGF Direct showcase.
More than 50 new games are launching during the festival, including Tukoni: Forest Keepers, Last Pirates: Die Together, The Sinking City 2, and Profits 2167, with Stalker 2: Cost of Hope following on August 21. GamesBeat’s Alex Lee covered some of the high-quality work being done in Ukraine in this story despite more than four years of all-out war with Russia, and I also covered the Ukrainian Games event at GDC in March.
The festival also features more than 50 new game reveals, including Steel Core, Sarco, Saturn 94, Fog’n’Silence, I’m Not a Psycho Invader, and many more. The sale goes up to 90% discounts for games like Metro and Stalker 2, and the first discount for Sand: Raiders of Sophie (-20%).

Saturn 94 (Andrii Bychkovskyi, hrhrsh, oprmt)

Fog’n’Silence (Hello Andromeda)
Lead a group of Vagrants through a surreal open-world Afterlife, observing their journey through the eyes of a drone operator while avoiding blind monsters and a deadly fog.
Tulpa the Unseen Lover (Horse Position)
A choice-driven visual novel about creating a perfect friend, and dealing with the consequences. The game is being created by professional animators whose credits include Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Zootopia 2, and Overwatch cinematics.
I Hear the Forest (Podoba Interactive)
A slow-burn folk horror about a forest ranger surrounded by talking trees, flying witches’ heads, cursed dryads, and a forest he may not make it out of alive.
I’m not a Psycho Invader (Max Soloha)
A time-driven game about taking over a university and fighting your way toward the roof, where every hostage, search, interrogation, and decision costs precious time.
Hear My Light (Stas Shostak)
A short narrative puzzle-shooter about guiding your brother through a contaminated combat zone using drones and sound. It is being developed solo by Titan Chaser creator Stas Shostak, who is currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
