Blizzard revealed which of the Classic cards from its popular digital game Hearthstone will soon see changes. The developer is doing this to address balancing issues, as many of the Basic and Standard minions and spells have dominated the game since its release in 2014.
Blizzard acknowledges it is dealing with a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack that is preventing some people from getting online with the publisher’s Battle.net services. The company took to social media to confirm the issues, and it says it is monitoring the assault.
New content has come out today for Blizzard’s multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA). It includes a new character, Dehaka from the StarCraft universe, a new map, Lost Cavern, and allows character bans in Hero and Team League games.
StarCraft II originally released through three separate campaigns (Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm, and Legacy of the Void), but Nova Covert Ops is the first pack of missions released after the conclusion of that trilogy.
