Sega releases 3D versions of Sonic the Hedgehog and Altered Beast on 3DS

If you want some old Sega Genesis games with a third dimension thrown in for the hell of it, Sega’s got your back.

The publisher released two new games to the eShop digital-distribution store for the 3DS today: Sonic the Hedgehog and Altered Beast. Only these aren’t just straight ports: Sega added depth to the Genesis games to take advantage of the 3DS’s stereoscopic capabilities.
