Intel is focusing on oneAPI to make software creation easier.

Intel launches new 12th Gen Intel Core Processors and software updates for its dev ecosystem

Intel launched six new desktop processors in its family of 12th Gen Intel Core Processors (code-named Alder Lake), and it is currently shipping 28 models to its manufacturing partners. The lead processor is the unlocked Intel Core i9-12900K — the world’s best gaming processor, Intel said.

Intel wants to get back in the good graces of its developers by communicating better about its software and hardware ecosystem, and today it made a lot of announcements about its oneAPI software and new accelerator hardware designs.
