Bandai Namco shows off Ace Combat 7 flight sim at PSX

Bandai Namco unveiled a trailer for its upcoming Ace Combat 7 video game at Sony’s PlayStation Experience fan event in San Francisco today.

The crowd cheered as the Japanese video game publisher showed off the PlayStation VR title, featuring crazy aerial combat with combat jet fighters of the future. The demo trailer closed with a fighter pilot jumping off a platform and skydiving in the midst of a bunch of dogfighting jets.

The 3D graphics of the skies and jets in combat looked superb. It’s nice to see one more entry in the neglected genre of combat-flight sims.
