War of the Roses developer reveals War of the Vikings followup

War of the Roses developer Fatshark is once again teaming up with publisher Paradox Interactive to produce a new historical third-person action game.

Fatshark is announcing today that it is working on War of the Vikings, a standalone successor to the 14th-century battle game War of the Roses that will have players controlling bearded Norsemen in medieval squad combat. War of the Vikings will enable gamers to create their own Viking and destroy the vile English in dynamic close-quarters combat.
