Sega’s bringing a new Valkyria Chronicles to PlayStation 4, along with a remaster of the original

Sega’s bringing the much-loved Valkyria Chronicles series back to home consoles.

The publisher is set to release a PlayStation 4 remaster of the original Valkyria Chronicles tactical role-playing game on February 10, 2016, reports Gematsu. Sega’s then following that up with a brand new installment — translated as Valkyria: Azure Revolution, or Valkyria of the Blue Revolution (according to NeoGAF) — that’s set to appear in winter 2016. A demo of Blue Revolution will ship with the Valkyria Chronicles remaster. We’ve reached out to Sega to confirm the new game’s name and ask about plans for releasing both titles in the West.
