Digital Eclipse announced Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind during Sumer Game Fest today.
The retro beat-em-up looks similar to previous nostalgia releases like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge. But along with the sidescrolling action, the game also features some super-scaler style shooting segments.
Rita’s Rewind is based off of the original Power Rangers show from the ’90s, so this is an exciting day for late 30-somethings like me.
