Me Girl developer raises $1M to expand its girl-gaming lineup

Not all developers making games on mobile are going after Clash of Clans.

Developer Frenzoo announced today that it has secured $1 million in its most recent funding round. The studio, which is responsible for the popular Me Girl apps that target girls and women, is also releasing a hub game called MeTropolis that enables characters and stories from three various Me releases to interact with one another. Mobile gaming is a $30 billion business, and it has grown that large because so many different kinds of people are into playing on their phones and tablets.
