Feel that nostalgic beat.

Developer Harmonix revealed today that its rhythm game Amplitude will come out for PlayStation 4 on January 5. Amplitude received funding on Kickstarter, where it raised $844,127 with an original goal of $775,000. A lot of Kickstarter games can become stuck in developmental hell or suffer numerous delays, so it’s nice to see one get an imminent release date.

Harmonix also released Rock Band 4 this year, which we though was fun but lacked innovation.

The developer also revealed the entire song list for the new Amplitude:

  • “All The Time” – C418
  • “Assault on Psychofortress” – Single White Infidel
  • “Astrosight” – Inter:sect Ft. Noelle LeBlanc & Naoko Takamoto
