Hand-drawn adventure game The Little Acre out now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC

Forget about your fancy 3D polygons for a second — you could be playing something that looks more like an animated movie.

Dublin-based developer Pewter Games today released The Little Acre for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and Linux. The Little Acre is a point-and-click adventure game with a hand-drawn art. Charles Cecil is serving as the game’s executive producer. Adventure game fans would know him for his work on the Broken Sword series, of which he was the creator and director. He also created the classic adventure games Beneath a Steel Sky and Lure of the Temptress. His involvement will give this new game gives it clout with aficionados of the genre.
