The idea of playing games on a sheet of vinyl may seem kind of silly in the 21st century. Epson is hoping to change that attitude and show that actually any surface can be your TV. With the aid of a man in a jumpsuit with a PS3 strapped to his back and a projector mounted on his chest, they recently took to the streets of the UK to prove just that [via Geek]:

Even though the person manning the projector looks like a member of Devo, the crowds’ stunned reactions seem to make this exhibition a success. Of course, if we wanted to play wherever we wanted, we could just own a portable system — but where’s the fun in that?
