Day of the Tentacle: Special Edition coming to PlayStation

LAS VEGAS — Grim Fandango isn’t the only old LucasArts game that is returning from its grave thanks to Sony.

Day of the Tentacle is getting updated and rereleased for PlayStation hardware. Sony Computer Entertainment made the announcement during its PlayStation Experience show in Las Vegas today. Day of the Tentacle is an adventure game that has players controlling multiple characters through a comedic time-travel story. It first debuted in 1993 for PC and is a beloved classic in the adventure game genre.
