Back in January, online safety expert Laura Higgins joined Roblox to head a “digital civility” initiative to make the virtual world and gaming platform a welcoming place for all users.

That’s not easy, considering Roblox has 90 million monthly players, and many of them deliberately try to get around the company’s rules on being civil to each other.
