Zynga Inc., in partnership with Public Benefit Corporation Dots.eco, have announced a new event in FarmVille 3 that will have a real-world impact on global animal welfare and pet rescue initiatives.
To celebrate International Cat Day, which falls on August 8, the special A Home For Every Kitten campaign will run from August 11 to September 7, 2026, and invites players on an urgent feline rescue mission. Players will complete everyday farm chores to gather materials, craft search tools and clear areas on their farms.
Progressing through four distinct phases over four weeks, players will upgrade their Rescue Base using Co-op Rescue Tokens and crafted items. Successfully rescuing the kittens will reward players with 7-day game boosts. For those looking for an edge, a purchasable premium pass offers instant phase completion, extra barn space and bonus boosts.

The impact of the A Home For Every Kitten campaign extends beyond the game. By making in-game purchases during the event, players will contribute directly to the Dots.eco Support Rescued Pets initiative. To validate each contribution to real-world animal welfare, Dots.eco will distribute 5,000 official certificates to participating players, and three randomly selected certificate owners will be invited to feature on the FarmVille 3 website.
