The WorldBuilder Summit is going international this November.

In April, the WorldBuilder Summit brought 260 creators, marketers, and user-generated content dealmakers into the London West Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles for an inaugural conference covering all aspects of the UGC business. Today, July 30, the event has announced that its first international expansion event — branded WorldBuilder EMEA — will be taking place at the Olympia exhibition center in London on November 11, 2026.

“It’s not often that an event will have an event in one spot, and then, before doing the second event in that spot, will go overseas and do another one,” said WorldBuilder Summit executive director Scott Benzie in an interview with GamesBeat. “We just noticed that there was such an appetite and so much energy around it, and there were so many people in the UK that couldn’t come over, that it was a no-brainer to do.”

The WorldBuilder Summit’s London event is being spearheaded by Rachel Stones, who joined the company as a fractional ecosystem director last month. Stones, a veteran of the UGC brand partnership business who worked at Epic Games for five years before the company’s major layoff in June 2026, is based in the UK.

“We would love to be seen as that place where creators can go if they want to find an IP lawyer to help them negotiate a movie deal — just that safe space where we can be this connective tissue for everyone in this world, and those interested in supporting this world,” Stones said in an interview with GamesBeat.

Stones was behind the WorldBuilder Summit’s decision to brand its expansion event as WorldBuilder EMEA, citing the opportunity to reach UGC industry stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

“We’ve had a lot of conversations on Discord with creators all across Europe; they’re really excited,” Stones said. “It’s obviously a lot easier for them to get here, and I think we’re really trying to make it as accessible for creators as possible.”

To entice more creators to attend WorldBuilder EMEA, the event is offering discounted tickets to eligible creators who apply, with creator tickets selling for $99, a steep discount from the base ticket price, which Benzie said will be between $299 and $349. The company is currently selling early bird tickets at a price of £254.45, or roughly $340, on the WorldBuilder Summit website

WorldBuilder EMEA and the WorldBuilder Summit are part of a mounting crescendo of dedicated UGC-industry conferences, including both publisher-run events like Unreal Fest and Roblox Developers Conference and other third-party conferences like UGCon. Benzie and Stones said that they believed WorldBuilder Summit stands apart from other events in the space because of its status as a pure-play event, rather than a conference organized by an industry stakeholder with business dealings elsewhere in the space.

“Our skin in the game is actually providing a space for creators and brands and platforms, that they see as an agnostic space, where they get to have real conversations,” Benzie said, “and our only job is to create that space.”
