Scintil Photonics raises $58M to enable more efficient AI factories

Scintil Photonics has raised $58 million (€50 million) in a new round of funding to integrate silicon photonic circuits so a single fiber optic cable can carry many channels in AI factories.

Yotta Capital Partners and NGP Capital led the Series B round, with participation from Nvidia. The funding scales SHIP, Scintil’s platform that integrates the light source on silicon photonic circuits so a single fiber can carry many channels.
