Helpshift has teamed up with Unity for support automation.

Unity and Discord will promote Helpshift’s automated support to small game devs

Big mobile game companies like Jam City and Glu Mobile have used Helpshift‘s automated tech support solutions for mobile games over the years. But under new partnerships with Unity and Discord, Helpshift hopes to reach smaller game companies, offloading tech support through automation.

Chief product officer Janice Le said the Helpshift is doubling down on games. It’s now a Unity Verified Solutions Partner, which makes Helpshift accessible to developers who use the game engine. Unity has more than 1.5 million monthly active users for its game services and engine.
