Twitch’s March viewership took a bit of a dip compared with January, according to StreamElements’ latest State of the Stream report. Viewers watched 1.777 billion hours of content last month, per Rainmaker.gg’s data, which is quite a bit lower than January’s 1.902 billion. Unlike February — which clocked 1.738 billion — March doesn’t have the excuse of having two fewer days.
However, according to StreamElements, this is typical for March, as it attracts less viewership than previous months. All hours combined in Q1 2024 is still higher than the same number for Q4 2023, if only by 126,000 hours, and that’s with the whole quarter having one fewer day.
