Minecraft fans need to get ready for story time.

Developer Telltale Games revealed today that the first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode comes out digitally October 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. It will also hit iOS and Android October 15. Retail versions for the season pass go on sale October 27.

While the original Minecraft is all about exploring and building in a plot-free setting, Story Mode is like other Telltale Games, like the popular Walking Dead series. These games focus on narrative and player choice. The studio’s take on Minecraft features voice acting from stars like Patton Oswalt, Catherine Taber, and Billy West.

The original Minecraft came out back in 2011, but it’s still one of the best-selling games. Telltale and Minecraft developer Mojang are surely hoping that success will carry over to Story Mode. Microsoft bought Mojang for $2.5 billion last September, but the series continues to come out for non-Microsoft platforms.
