The gaming hardware company confirmed today that it had purchased Ouya’s software assets. Ouya was a Kickstarter success story that created a microconsole that allowed players to download more than 1,124 Android games.
Ouya, the company behind the Android-based microconsole of the same name, tripped a debt covenant (which means they violated the terms of a loan agreement) and is now on an auction block, according to Fortune.
