Super Smash Bros. 3DS demo now available for everyone

It’s out in Japan, but North American gamers still have to wait until Oct. 3 before Super Smash Bros. for 3DS goes on sale. But you can get a taste right now.

Nintendo has unleashed a demo for everyone on its eShop digital-distribution store. Super Smash Bros. for 3DS is a four-player fighting game where you take control of Mario, Peach, and other Nintendo characters. People who own the 3DS handheld console can hop online and start downloading the demo. This trial should give you a good idea of what you’re in store for.
