Publisher 2K working to fix NBA 2K14’s online issues

The past year wasn’t great for online gaming. SimCity and Battlefield 4 suffered from weeks of connectivity issues, and now NBA 2K14 is as well.

Publisher 2K Games revealed today that it repaired the online servers for its critically beloved basketball title. The Online Association mode (which enables players to create multiplayer leagues) is now fully up and running on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, according to the company’s support account on Twitter. The MyTeam mode, which has players managing fantasy teams that they assemble by purchasing and unlocking players, is still down on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. 2K’s Twitter told fans to expect it to return later today.
