Nvidia CEO reveals AI chips and Feynman platform for 2028

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang unveiled the company’s roadmap for 2028 with the Feynman AI factory platform coming in that year.

At the GTC event in San Jose, California, Huang unveiled all the elements of the upcoming Feynman platform. It includes a new CPU dubbed Rosa, which is the successor to the Vera CPU shipping later this year.

The Feynman platform has die stacking with custom high-bandwidth memory. It has a new version of NVLink for networking, a new BlueField 5 platform, a new version of Spectrum and more.

The announcement was one of dozens revealed at GTC.
