No, really: Project Cars is coming out in May

You can finally start your engines.

Developer Slightly Mad Studios and publisher Bandai Namco have finally announce a launch date for its ambitious racing game Project Cars — May 6 for PC (via Steam) and May 12 for consoles. The studio has stumbled with release dates for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC racer over the past year, most recently moving out of November to avoid being lost in the shuffle and then missing an early 2015 launch due to leave time for polishing. It’s funding comes in part from the developers and its community, which has the demand for a release even higher than a typical game.
