New collections from Capcom and Konami delight retro fans

Both Capcom and Konami announced new retro game collections during today’s Nintendo Partner Direct.

Capcom Fighting Collection 2 brings together most of the most requested fighting games that haven’t had re-releases yet: Capcom vs. SNK, Capcom vs. SNK 2, Project Justice, Power Stone, Power Stone 2, Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper, Plasma Sword, and Capcom Fighting Evolution. It will release in 2025.

Meanwhile, Konami announced Castlevania Dominus Collection. This includes the three DS games in the series: Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, and Order of Ecclesia. It also includes a couple of bonus arcade games. The collection releases on Switch today.
