Netmarble announced today that Vampir, its vampire-infested MMO, is launching for global audiences on October 27. This means that players outside Asia will be able to play the gothic horror game, which officially launched in Korea on August 2025, and then Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau in the following months.

According to the publisher, Vampir is coming to “additional players worldwide,” though it doesn’t specify any particular regions. It’s coming for global pre-registration on the App Store, Google Play and the Epic Games Store, with those who sign up getting a handful of in-game perks.

Vampir comes from several of the developers who worked on Lineage 2: Revolution and Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds. It features European-style designs ornamenting its vampiric characters, who operate with their own complex political systems. Players can choose from up to five classes, with names like “Viper,” “Carnage,” and “Grim Reaper.”

This late in the year seems like an ambitious time to launch an MMORPG to the world, considering much of the world would likely be pre-occupied with larger releases. However, given that Vampir is a much different genre than Novembers single-player launches, it could find an audience looking for a new MMO to sink their teeth into, pun intended.
