Capcom announced today that Monster Hunter: World sales have now pased 10 million. This figure includes physical copies shipped to stores and digital sales. This makes the multiplayer action role-playing game the best-selling title since Capcom first video game release in 1984.

Sales received a boost on August 9 when the PC version of Monster Hunter: World launched on Steam. It became the biggest new game launch of 2018 on Valve’s digital store. It is also the most successful Japanese game in Steam history.
