Microsoft releases new Windows 10 preview with 5 bug fixes ahead of Fall Creators Update

Microsoft today released a new Windows 10 preview for PCs with just five bug fixes. The company is simultaneously finalizing the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, which is expected to arrive on October 17, and developing the update that will come after it.

Update: Microsoft has confirmed this build, 16299, is the Fall Creators Update. “As we prepare to release the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update to the world on October 17th, we will now start testing out servicing this build with the Cumulative Updates via Windows Update,” the company said.
