Mattel and Uken Games announced the global launch of a new title: Mattel Match, a match-3 puzzle game featuring some of the former’s most iconic brands. The game is now available on the App Store and Google Play as a free title with in-app purchases.
As with most match-3 games, Mattel Match’s main gameplay loop is matching three items in order until the level is empty. Building on that basis, the game will feature social leaderboards, battle passes, live events and challenges. Other features of the game include collectibles and galleries for each of Mattel’s branded toys, which players can build and gather as they play more levels.

- Fisher-Price’s colorful toys
- Pingu
- Masters of the Universe
- Monster High
- Magic 8 Ball

Mattel Match is part of Mattel’s ongoing campaign to boost its brand to an expanded audience. Most recently, the company launched UNO on Fortnite and Roblox with the help of some of the platforms’ leading developers. For Mattel Match, it’s partnered up with Uken Games, which has developed titles for licenses such as Jeopardy! and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?
