PlayStation closed its State of Play presentation by revealing Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, a new fighting game from Ark Systems Works. It will release in 2026.
Ark has made its name in the genre with fighting game hits like Dragon Ball Fighterz, and the Guilty Gear series. Marvel has a rich history of its own with fighters, specifically games made by Capcom.
We don’t have Capcom this time, but Tokon is still a tag-team fighting game. In fact, it will feature 4-vs.-4 battles, up from the 3-vs.-3 fights made famous in Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Marvel Capcom 3.
This is still an impressive collaboration of its own, with Ark System Works, Sony, and Marvel working together to make this fighter possible.
