Leaked prepaid card confirms Call of Duty: Black Ops II and its launch date

Rumors have been swirling around Activision’s next big game. Now a leaked Target prepaid card has further confirmed the existence of Call of Duty: Black Ops II, according to IGN. The card says the release date is Nov. 13, 2012.

Activision Blizzard has fueled the speculation by setting up a mysterious Call-of-Duty-style web site with a clock counting down to May 1. The cards say the game will be available on the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.

Activision has released a new Call of Duty every November since Call of Duty 2 in 2006, which was a launch title for the Xbox 360. Since then, developers Infinity Ward and Treyarch have taken turns handling new releases in the series. The games have become the best-selling video games of all time.
