Kongregate and Immutable X launch $40M blockchain game dev fund

Web gaming platform Kongregate has teamed up with blockchain game tech company Immutable X for a $40 million fund to give grants to developers who make blockchain games for Kongregate.com.

Immutable makes blockchain games like Gods Unchained, and it has also developed Immutable X, an Ethereum-based Layer 2 (L2) scaling solution that enables blockchain game transactions to happen faster and with better energy efficiency.
