FTC seeks injunction to block $68.7B Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard

Updated June 13 6:30pm — The FTC has been granted a temporary injunction blocking Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard. The parties are expected to file a motion on Friday in opposition to the FTC. Evidentiary hearings will be held June 22 and 23.
