Embracer Group acquires Aspyr Media for up to $450 million

Embracer Group subsidiary Saber Interactive has agreed to buy Aspyr Media for $100 million, plus $350 million in possible bonuses.

The deal is the third one of the day for Embracer Group, which also said today that it paid $1.3 billion for Borderlands maker Gearbox Entertainment and $640 million for mobile game maker Easybrain.
