DeNA West is bringing its VR game Protocol Zero to more platforms with Sidekick’s help

Protocol Zero is looking to expand outside of Gear VR.

Mobile developer DeNA West announced today it will release its first-person action game to more platforms, including Google VR and other headsets, with the help of developer Sidekick VR. Protocol Zero originally came out for the Samsung Gear VR last year. So far, it’s DeNA’s first and only VR game. Sidekick VR will work on that version of the game, which includes adding support for the Gear VR gamepad. SuperData Research expects the VR industry to generate $2.9 billion in revenue in 2016.
