Blizzard’s gifting two free Hearthstone card packs to its European players

It’s raining Hearthstone cards, at least in Europe.

European Hearthstone:Heroes of Warcraft players experienced connection issues last week, and publisher Blizzard is saying sorry by gifting them all two packs of virtual cards. The online card-battler is now one of Blizzard’s hottest properties, spanning multiple devices and generating revenue of around $155,000 every day. It’s currently one of the top-10 grossing apps for iPhone in 16 different countries. Having players that can’t get into the always-online game isn’t great customer service, but Blizzard’s hoping the cards are a decent enough apology.
