Pixar’s next film, Inside Out, is set for a June 19 theatrical release, and it will see a complementary game release as a new play set within Disney’s Infinity adventure game. It’s a showpiece for the company’s 3.0 version of the platform, which sees characters from the Marvel, Star Wars, and Disney brands coming together, and it adds new gameplay improvements.
Loot Interactive establishes itself as an independent games publisher as of today, with three new games debuting at this year’s E3 Expo. The Culver City, Calif.-based studio was formerly known as Loot Entertaiment, and had developed goods and apps for PlayStation Home, NHL, NBA, MLB, and others.
Deep End Games has announced its newest game, a first-person horror title called Perception. The studio is made up of scary game vets, with a staff from the developers of BioShock, BioShock Infinte, and Dead Space games, headed up by Creative Director Bill Gardner, formerly of Irrational Games.
