Pokémon Go fever has slipped a bit since its peak. The mobile game from Niantic Labs has slipped to No. 3 in the U.S. top-grossing games on the iOS and Android app stores. Meanwhile, MZ’s Mobile Strike has reclaimed No. 1, and MZ’s Game of War: Fire Age has moved up to No. 2.
Supercell’s Clash Royale has fallen to No. 4, and Activision/King’s Candy Crush Saga is No. 5. MZ (formerly Machine Zone) has taken the No. 1 and No. 2 spots on both app stores, and that’s pretty rare event. Supercell did it with Clash of Clans and Boom Beach a couple of years ago.
