Most free Flash games you find are simple: driving games, platform games, and puzzle games. The Amateur Surgeon series still keeps things uncomplicated, but it also taps into that yearning we all have to remove foreign objects from gangsters and sew said bad guys back together again.
Amateur Surgeon 2 has just been released, and it's so huge, Adult Swim Games even offers you the option to save the game and come back later (an option not all online Flash titles offer).
The game offers power-ups for your "tools" and actually has what you might call a storyline to follow as well. Some how it never gets old ripping guys open with a pizza cutter and closing wounds with a Zippo.
