Adult Swim Games is quickly becoming the premier spot for the most excellent easy-to-play Flash games you can play anywhere. Their newest title called Give Up, Robot has that great retro feel and yet is so modern in its gameplay that even hardcore gamers will get a little frustrated trying to get to the higher levels.
Robot employs a Bionic Commando-style grappling mechanic and has aspects of a puzzle game as well. Your job is try to figure out what it takes to get your hapless robot from the left side of the screen to the right.
For old-timers like myself, the classic feel of the graphics and the 2010 gameplay makes Adult Swim the site I go to first when I need to waste time at work. If I get fired because I can't stop playing, I'm either suing or moving in with one of the programmers.
