In a business park full of aircraft hangar-style buildings in Novato, Calif., you’ll find the headquarters of Toys for Bob, creators of the Skylanders franchise. With 40 million toys sold and lots of video games to go with them, Skylanders are the big entertainment hit for kids. To keep that going, Toys for Bob has new toys and  a new game coming with Skylanders Giants.

We took a tour of Toys for Bob, which is decked out in a Tiki theme. Here’s an insider’s view of the place where people are paid to come up with zany and silly toys.
