AppMagic announced today it’s launching Steam Analytics, an integrated in-house solution that brings PC gaming data into its platform. According to the company, it’s launching this expansion after a year of growth, during which time it doubled revenue year-over-year. Steam Analytics are available to all users on the company’s web platform, with console data coming in a future product phase.
Steam Analytics offers data on 130,000 games and DLCs launched on Steam, and it includes revenue, downloads, user activity, average playtime and pricing information. According to the company, it plans to expand its Steam coverage in Q1 2026 to include regional activity, wishlists, ratings and review counts.
As for why it’s expanding into this area, AppMagic says that this unified approach will be useful to studios seeking tools that cover both the PC and mobile markets. The company’s data shows that two-thirds of revenue on Steam comes from base game sales, and over 1,000 titles have surpassed $1 million in revenue in 2025 alone. AppMagic’s data can support companies seeking monetization information for both markets.
Max Samorukov, AppMagic CEO, said in a statement, “PC gaming has long lacked the kind of structured, accessible data that mobile developers rely on every day. With this launch, we’re taking a big step toward changing that and giving studios a clearer, cross-platform view of their opportunities.”
