WaveClear, which is offering AI-driven mindset training for gamers and beyond, announced the appointment of two industry leaders to its board of directors: Ohad Finkelstein and Jonathan Epstein.
It’s a good thing for the Tel Aviv, Israel-based company as it raises a new round of funding for mindset training, which helps people operate at high levels without distractions.
Finkelstein and Epstein will join Yuval Gelbard, founder of WaveClear, on the board, with Finkelstein serving as board chairman. Bruce Hack, noted for his executive roles at the world’s largest gaming companies, joins as board observer, reinforcing WaveClear’s commitment to transforming performance improvement in gaming, education, and business environments.
Leadership to guide growth and innovation

Finkelstein has held strategic positions as founder and managing partner at investment firms such as Danli Capital Ltd. and Marker LLC and serves as board chairman or member for innovative technology, fintech, and gaming companies worldwide. His influential network and business development expertise provide a strong foundation for WaveClear’s next chapter.
Epstein, WaveClear director and chief strategy officer, is a serial entrepreneur and veteran executive best known in gaming for founding GameSpot, an iconic global gaming information brand.
Epstein has served in senior roles—including president of GameSpy Industries, EVP/GM at IGN Entertainment, and head of international at CNET/ZDNet. He has extensive experience at the forefront of technological change, launching and scaling numerous technology ventures, across gaming, AI, IoT, cybersecurity and marine technology.
