Dude Perfect is a popular YouTube channel (especially for my nephew, who even once had a Dude Perfect themed birthday party). It focuses on trick shots and other amusing shenanigans. And now it’s about to become a part of Fortnite.
In conjunction with a dodgeball video hitting the YouTube channel on Saturday, the Dude Perfect Dodgeball mode is launching today, sponsored by GoPro and created in collaboration with Cherry Pick Talent and CreatorsCorp. It is a 16-player free-for-all mode made inside Fortnite Creative.
“Fortnite is a natural fit for us to give our fans a way to immerse themselves in games, just like we do,” said Coby Cotton from Dude Perfect in a press release sent to GamesBeat. “As our first entry to Fortnite, we wanted to create a game that embodies the spirit of Dude Perfect, and dodgeball combines both the sports and high energy our team loves to feature in our content.”
Dude Perfect plans to release more content for Fortnite in the future. The code for the Fortnite island code for the dodgeball mode is 6049-0391-0019.
