Fortnite developer Epic buys Fall Guys studio Mediatonic

One of the most popular live-service multiplayer hits of 2020 is joining forces with Fortnite developer Epic Games. Epic announced today that it has acquired Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout studio Mediatonic.

Epic and Mediatonic did not confirm the details of their deal. But the two companies did say that the game won’t change for existing players on PC or PlayStation or soon on Xbox and Nintendo Switch.
