Gameforge announces publishing agreement with Sparkypants as part of its U.S. expansion

Striking while the U.S. forge is hot.

Publisher Gameforge announced a new partnership with Maryland-based developer Sparkypants today. Gameforge publishes massively multiplayer online games in the European market, including titles like Tera, Aion, and Wizard101. This new agreement is a new step in the publisher’s efforts to expand into North America. The U.S. gaming market is worth $22 billion in 2015, according to Newzoo, so it’s natural that companies want to break into it.
