Star Wars: Battlefront gets a beta next month and a companion card game

We haven’t invented probe droids yes. That means, if you want to investigate something, you need to run a beta.

Publisher Electronic Arts announced today that it is launching a beta test for Star Wars: Battlefront in early October. The company says it will use the information it gets from letting people into the game early to improve its online performance. Star Wars: Battlefront will launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 17.
