Quantum Break is going to be Microsoft’s big exclusive to carry the spring of 2016.

The Xbox One publisher announced today at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, that Remedy Entertainment’s Xbox One exclusive video game is coming on April 5, 2016. Sam Lake, the creative director at Helsinki, Finland-based Remedy, said that its “time-bending” gameplay is the “next big step on Remedy’s 20 year journey of crafting cinematic action games.” Shawn Ashmore, who plays Iceman in the X-Men films, portrays protagonist Jack Joyce in this game.

In the Gamescom trailer, Microsoft showed how you can fight through difficult odds by slowing down enemies and dispatching them while they’re frozen in time.

Quantum Break will launch with both a game and live-action television show. One of the actors is Aiden Giller, who plays Petyr Baelish in HBO’s A Game of Thrones television series.
