Xbox announced today that it has partnered with V (formerly VIDAA) to bring its cloud gaming services to Hisense Smart TVs sometime later this year. Xbox Cloud Gaming will also launch on V homeOS-powered TVs. The company confirmed it plans to reveal more about the partnership soon.

According to the company, this partnership will allow Game Pass subscribers to stream their games on select TVs via the Xbox app. This is part of Microsoft’s efforts to expand access to the cloud ecosystem, its self-proclaimed desire to make every device an Xbox of sorts.

Xbox Game Pass’s revamped tiers all have access to Xbox Cloud Gaming, an unlimited option that includes the ability to stream “select games you own,” as well as supported games on Game Pass itself.

Lori Wright, Xbox’s CVP of gaming partnerships and business developments, said in a statement, “Our vision is to make sure your games, your community, and your achievements are always within reach. Bringing the Xbox app to select Hisense and V homeOS-powered TVs is another step toward making gaming available across a broad range of devices, to meeting you wherever you want to play.”
